With its standout dishes like Jjangmyeon (noodles in black bean sauce) and Jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup), diners can expect a taste that evokes the essence of Korean street food. Notably, customer reviews emphasize the superb taste and authenticity, with one patron, Kris Deniel Santos, stating it feels much closer to the true Korean flavor compared to other establishments.
Many visitors describe Jjajang & Jjamppong by Sachunsung as a hidden gem. Mary Rose Sanico captures this sentiment perfectly, highlighting its authenticity as a key draw. The atmosphere might be typical, yet the flavors are anything but. Each bowl of noodles is accompanied by attentively prepared kimchi, which has won acclaim from patrons like Paul Angelo Sayo, who mentioned the delightful experience of being offered an apron before diving into those delectable meals.
Another noteworthy aspect is the generous serving sizes and reasonable prices, as observed by mixmacs. The staff's attentiveness only adds to the overall enjoyment. One could argue that the slightly warm environment detracts from the experience, but the consistent quality of the dishes more than compensates for it. It seems that customers would rather endure a bit of warmth than miss out on their favorite Korean comfort food.

Our Go-To place for Jjangmyeon & Jjampong. Not too pricey, but the taste of their food is superb and feels closer to that authentic Korean flavor.

Not your typical Korean resto in the PH. Had noodles and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Masarap din yung kimchi. I also appreciated being offered an apron. I'll definitely be back.

The food are good as well as the servings are worth the price. The staff are also attentive. The ambiance is just typical and the aircon during the visit was hot because the thermo is in 30deg ( )considering its already night time but overall experience was great

I’m glad I spotted their resto sign during a car ride. Decided to try it out after seeing their menu. The food was delicious. I’ve tried several jjampong restos and this is now my favorite. The dongatsu was very flavorful—probably my favorite now as well. Will definitely go back :) The dongatsu is good for 2 people, and the jjampong is good for 2-3 people. Please give their food a try!
